About us
Since it was founded back in 2009 until the present days, Packsol has developed into a relatively large regional manufacturer of plastic packaging for the food industry.
Key dates:
- 2009 PET bottles and caps manufacturing department launches its operations as part of the Polimark Company
- 2011 Investments in PET preform injection equipment
- 2013 Expanding the product offer and founding the Packsol d.o.o. Company within what was then the Polimark Group (later to become the Unisol Group).
- 2015 Acquisition of bankrupt Banatplast AD Company and further expansion of business scope to include extruded and thermoformed packaging, which meant an increase in Packsol’s product portfolio and led to moving of a part of its production to another location.
- 2019 Investments in equipment for thermoformed packaging for the confectionary industry – in order to cover the entire production scope of the companies Proplastika doo from Zagreb and Mirex doo from Novi Sad.
- 2020 Purchase of another, new co-extrusion line for manufacturing three-layer thermoforming films
- 2022 Founding of the independent Packsol doo Plandište Company
With 900 m2 production hall in Zemun and another one in Plandište with the area of 6200m2, equipped with the latest technology and equipment for thermoplastic processing by injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, thermoforming and printing, and with the annual capacity of over 150 million pieces of packaging units Packsol represents an important partner and supplier of packaging solutions for your industry.
Our production program includes:
- PET, PP and PS three layer films
- PP and PS cups and containers for the dairy industry
- PET bottles of different shapes and designs, up to 2.5 l in volume
- PET disposable packaging
- PET and OPS packaging for confectionery products
- PP / PE injected caps, cups, lids, IML cans
- PET preforms with oil and PCO threads
Manufacturing of plastic packaging is done in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001 standard as well as in compliance with ISO 22000 and HACCP guidelines.
Packsol employs an adequate structure of highly skilled workers who operate machines from world renowned manufacturers such as: Husky, Netstal, Arburg, Kuhne, Illig, Kiefel and MagPlastic.
